Manchester City Links

Manchester City, the blue side of Manchester, is one of the richest clubs in the world after the new owners from the Abu Dhabi United group bought the club in 2008. The club plays at the City of Manchester Stadium. While Manchester City spent much of their recent history in the shadow of local rivals United, they did have a rich period in the 60s and 70s, winning domestic and a continental championships.

In 2011, City had a succesful season, winning the FA Cup and qualifying for the Champions League under the management of Roberto Mancini. They will be trying to build on this success in the current season.
